Upsurance does not negotiate your bills or act as your representative with any provider.

Supplemental plans pay fixed cash benefits โ€” they are not designed to cover all costs in every situation. Individual results vary.

  • Over 10 years, the average chance of at least one hospitalization is estimated between 15โ€“25%
  • The chance of experiencing a $25,000+ medical event over 10 years is estimated around 10โ€“20%, depending on health and risk factors

Risk varies by individual health status.

Events that can create significant expenses beyond supplemental benefits and negotiation include:

Supplemental plans provide fixed cash benefits. They are not designed to cover unlimited catastrophic expenses.

Upsurance does not provide prescription insurance. Members can use prescription discount tools such as:

Many Upsurance Direct Primary Care providers also offer medications at discounted cash prices.

Upsurance connects individuals with national dental plans from providers such as Cigna, Aetna, and more. Dental coverage is optional and selected separately. The 1,000 collective will also negotiate group dental rates โ€” waitlist members get access to those deals first.

Your name, email, phone, and ZIP are stored securely and used only to manage your waitlist position and notify you of deals and milestones. We present providers with aggregate member counts during negotiations โ€” never individual names or contact details. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
